Eurasian Golden Oriole (Golden Oriole)

The Eurasian Golden Oriole is a striking medium-sized passerine. Adult males boast unmistakable brilliant yellow plumage with contrasting jet-black wings and tail. Females are a more subdued olive-green. Known for its flute-like, liquid song echoing through summer woodlands.

Striking vivid golden-yellow base color with a sharply defined, solid jet-black tip. The rachis is pale yellow, and the coloration is typical of adult male plumage.
