Rock Dove (Rock Pigeon, Feral Pigeon)

The Rock Dove is a stout-bodied bird with a small head and short legs. Plumage is extremely variable due to domestication and feral breeding, ranging from pure white to checkered gray and iridescent green-purple neck patches. They have a characteristic bobbing head motion while walking and a soft cooing vocalization.
