Description
The Northern Mockingbird is a slender gray songbird best known for its remarkable ability to mimic the songs of dozens of other bird species, mechanical sounds, and even alarms. Adults are gray above with lighter grayish-white underparts, two white wing bars, and prominent white patches in the wings and outer tail that flash conspicuously during flight.
